Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
Recurb's 30-day trial does not require a payment method, so no subscription fee can be charged during that trial through Recurb.
Paid plans
Basic is $1.99/month and Premium is $3.99/month when paid billing is available. Recurring billing must be clearly confirmed before a paid plan starts.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid Recurb plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for a partially used billing period. We will review duplicate charges, technical billing errors and other cases where applicable law requires a refund.
How to request help
Email admin@recurb.app with the account email and a description of the billing issue. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.
Local rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
